US chipmaker Intel said Tuesday it has suspended operations in Russia. “Intel continues to join the global community by condemning Russia’s war in contradiction of Ukraine and calling for a swift reoccurrence of peace,” the firm said.

The chipmaker said it had implemented business continuity measures to minimize disruption to its global operations.

By March, Intel had stopped all shipments to customers in Russia and Belarus.
