Corona Infections Again Detected Among White House Employees
The coronavirus has again been diagnosed with an employee of US President Donald Trump. They are not the first infections among White House employees since last week’s election.
One of the infected employees is political director Brian Jack. He was diagnosed last weekend after attending a festive gathering at the White House on election night with several hundred guests.
According to The New York Times, another Trump advisor has tested positive. Who that is and whether that person was also present at the party is unknown.
The new infections came to light after it became clear that Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows had contracted the highly contagious lung virus.
It was also announced this week that housing secretary Ben Carson and adviser David Bossie, who is in charge of Trump’s legal offensive against the election results, had tested positive.
