South Korean Company Makes 150 Million Doses of Russian Vaccine

The Russian sovereign wealth fund announced on Friday that it had signed a deal with GL Rapha from South Korea.

 

The biotechnology company will produce more than 150 million doses of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine per year for the Russians.

The South Korean company is expected to start production next month, and the first vaccines should roll off the production line in January 2021, the Russian fund said in a statement.

The doses, produced in South Korea, will be intended for worldwide distribution.
