Twitter Hangs Warning Label on Misleading Vaccine Messages
Twitter provides misleading reports about corona vaccines with a warning from now on.
Users who post such tweets are repeatedly blocked temporarily and permanently banned from the social network after five times.
The American company has already deleted messages that contain false or misleading information about the virus if they can cause damage. More than 8,400 such tweets have now been deleted.
With more and more countries using different vaccines, people are increasingly looking for authoritative information about the pandemic, and Twitter explains the tightened policy.
It, therefore, draws extra attention to messages referring to it.
