US Air Force Investigates Drone Report to Air Force One
The US Air Force is investigating a report of a drone that would have been spotted near President Trump’s plane.
The incident is said to have happened just before Air Force One landed at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland on Sunday.
A reporter on the plane reported that the President-modified Boeing 757 flew “straight over a small object.” He said it was “remarkably close to the president’s plane” and resembled a drone.
The Air Force indicates that the report is being investigated and emphasizes that the aircraft has landed without problems.
Trump returned to Washington on Sunday after a brief stay at his New Jersey golf club.
