Biden Promises to Retaliate After Russian Cyberattack

“The cyberattack on the United States by Russia, which poses a significant threat to the national security of the country, will not go unanswered.

 

My government will take targeted action to counter the attack.” That said future US president Joe Biden at a press conference.

Biden also strongly criticized current President Donald Trump.

“This attack took place under his leadership, but he wasn’t paying attention. That’s what you get when you neglect defence against cyberattacks,” said Biden.

Last week it was announced that hackers were able to penetrate the computer systems of several US ministries.

The new president also promised that his administration would develop more corona support packages to support the affected people and the US economy.
