Joe Biden has also been officially declared a winner in Wisconsin. It is the last “fighting state” in which President Donald Trumps’s team tried to win the election after all.
The Wisconsin Electoral Council Chairman officially confirmed the result. The ten electors the state has to forgive therefore go to Biden.
Over the weekend, it turned out that Trump’s requested recount of votes in Wisconsin has not delivered him the desired turnaround.
After recounting, it turned out that Biden even gained 132 votes. Biden had already been named the winner in the northern state. He already had a lead of just over 20,000 votes.
Earlier Monday, the state of Arizona confirmed that Biden had won the presidential election there. Crucial states like Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Nevada have also named Biden the winner.
